Monday- November 2nd

Got to the gym at 6am. Did the eliptical for 35 mintes, distance 3.15. Stretched hamstrings for 5 minutes. Baby steps.

The other goal that I should have listed in my prior post is to stretch!

November Challenge

My goal this month is to make working out a top priority. I want to begin doing the 30 day shred video, maybe following the book that goes along with it, possibly joining a crossfit gym, and walk the dogs more often.

Other goals for the month- work with the dogs individually- more training and personal attention.
